QA lead ( Four years plus experience in software testing)
A very challenging and rewarding position
Managing test case preparation
Able to manage the processes of complete SDLC of an enterprise
software product
Technical ability in Windows 2000/2003 networking, active directory
Automation testing desirable
Currently the product is tested in black box mode only
Normal QA cycle is of about 4 to 5 months
Manage beta programs
Assist in support initiatives and knowledge management
